Tuscan Cantuccini (Biscotti). Tuscan Biscotti are one of the most known traditional italian cookies in the world. They were first made in Prato, an ancient town near the beautiful city of Florence. They are wholesome and delicious. In Italy they're served as a dessert and paired with a glass of Vin Santo, a sweet wine produced from semi dried grapes which are slowly barrel fermented and then aged in small wood barrels.
