This cookie was invented by one of the chefs of the Savoia family. He was challenged by the king to make something outstanding and this is what he came up with! It's made with almond flour and a chocolate filling. To give it even more of a kick it's also drizzled with melted chocolate on top. Absolutely irresistible!
